State Starts Synthetic Drug Crackdown  E-mail

Starting next week, if Indiana retailers continue to sell illegal synthetic marijuana, the state says it will go after their retail license.
Indiana retailers can expect to get this formal notice and warning from state and local officials.
Attorney General, Greg Zoeller says, his office, and other agencies, have issued a statewide notice which, outlines penalties for violating the state's tougher new synthetic drug law. State Police Troopers will deliver those notices by hand to retailers that are seen selling the materials.
