A Christmas event in downtown Mount Carmel later this month will help operation share.
Christmas uptown is November 29th from 4 to 8 pm, and offers carriage rides, special food and craft vendors and pictures with  Santa.
Donations of canned goods, toys and cash will benefit the less fortunate, something operation share has been doing in the community for over 30 years.
