The new state representative from the area has received his committee assignments.
Republican Tom Washburne is a Princeton native and will take the seat as Representative for District 64 when the House comes to order in Indianapolis in January.
He'll serve on the Financial Institutions Committee ad the Select Committee on Government Reduction, and work in a leadership role as Vice Chairman of the Judiciary Committee for the 118th General Assembly when it convenes January 7th.
