A former sheriff of Gibson County has filed a lawsuit against the county over pension benefits.
Gibson County Commissioners Tuesday scheduled a meeting later this month behind closed doors to further discuss the lawsuit filed by Allen Harmon against the Gibson County Sheriff's Pension Board over benefits.
The suit was filed in Gibson Circuit Court and will be hear by Special Judge Robert Aylsworth - and the commissioners meeting will be December 18th.
