Poseyville Power On  E-mail

Power back on late last night after an overturned tanker truck left hundreds of people in Poseyville without power for nearly 12 hours.
The accident happened around 9 a.m. Monday on Highway 165 -- just north of Poseyville. Authorities say the truck overturned spilling gasoline into a nearby ditch - and knocking down power lines that supplied power to most of the town.
Power came back on around 9 last night - and those who had spent time staying warm in Poseyville's fire station could go home.
