Power back on in Vincennes after wind damages forces it to be shut down for line repairs.
Duke Energy says a pole and several lines in the Bell Crossing area suffered damage Thursday night in the wind storm - forcing them to shut power down to about three-fourths of Vincennes for several hours overnight to make repairs.
Service was restored early this morning after the repairs. Same for several customers in eastern Gibson County who went without power because of the wind yesterday afternoon.
Duke says at this time just over 10,000 customers in the dark in the Hoosier State, with most of those centered in the Kokomo area.
