Toyota Once Again Number One  E-mail

Toyota is once again the world's top auto maker.
Global sales figures released Monday for 2012 show the giant sold 9 point 7-4-8 million vehicles last year, dethroning General Motors as the Detroit-based company sold only 9 point 2-9 million.
Toyota's sales return to the top after being hit in 2011 by the earthquake and resulting tsunami in northeastern Japan, and the 2009 economic downturn which many employees at TMMI's plant near Princeton to the community to work on service projects, or spending extra time in training.
