Another fatal crash Thursday night in Gibson County.
This one occurred on state road 64, just east of Oakland City.
Gibson County Sheriff's officials report a westbound vehicle ran off the road around 5:40 PM and struck a tree.
A female passenger was killed, and the driver taken to Saint Mary's by medical helicopter.
Names of the victims have not been released pending notification of relatives, and the investigation into the crash is continuing.
Sheriff George Ballard says Thursday's death was the fifth traffic fatality in Gibson County, in less than a month.
